ABOUT
Marigold Services is an intimate Property Management company which began its operation in 2012 and is headed by Ms. Jacintha Ochilien, who has over 30 years of experience working in the service industry. During this time, she has developed a love for her profession while interacting with her guests, and catering to their needs. This ensured that the property owners and guests were happy. Management and upkeep of the facilities is of priority to ensure high value is maintained and experienced by all stakeholders.
Our portfolio of properties managed consists mainly of Villas, Residential & Condos. We understand the importance of our clients being well informed as they are mostly internationally based. We have a very intimate approach as it relates to the guests of each property so as to guarantee they have a delightful experience with us.
